North Brookfield Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Mark LaMountain has rejoined the Bank as a loan officer. LaMountain, a graduate of Bryant College and the American Institute of Banking, was most recently a vice president at Commonwealth National Bank and is also a former lending officer and vice president of North Brookfield Savings Bank.

"We are very pleased to have Mark LaMountain return as part of the loan center team at North Brookfield Savings Bank. He provides us with a vast amount of banking and customer service experience and we are confident that our customers will enjoy working with him,” said Donna Boulanger, president and chief executive officer of North Brookfield Savings Bank.

LaMountain is an active member of the Brookfield Rotary Club, Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce, and the Central MA South Chamber and has lived with his wife, Sonia, in Worcester, MA for the past 28 years. He enjoys golf and working on various projects around the house.

North Brookfield Savings Bank is pleased to announce that David Golden has joined the bank as the branch manager of the Palmer and Belchertown offices. Mr. Golden, a graduate of Central Connecticut State University, was formerly a branch manager of Sovereign Bank in Sturbridge.

"We are very happy to welcome Dave Golden to North Brookfield Savings Bank. When our customers meet Dave, we know that they will feel as confident as we do in Dave’s ability to meet their personal and business banking needs. His wealth of knowledge and experience and his passion for customer service make him an excellent addition to the North Brookfield Savings Bank management team,” said Donna Boulanger, president and chief executive officer of North Brookfield Savings Bank.

Golden is an active member of the Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce and has lived with his partner, Steve, in their newly remodeled Palmer lake home for the last four years. He enjoys biking and canoeing and is passionate about physical fitness.

“I am very excited and consider it an honor to be a part of a local, community-minded organization that is very active in the communities in which they do business. I look forward to carrying on this tradition and meeting even more business owners and residents in the town that I, too, call home,” said Golden.


North Brookfield Savings Bank welcomes Erica Floyd as the new Assistant Branch Manager at their Palmer location. Ms. Floyd joins North Brookfield Savings Bank from Sovereign Bank, where she held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as a personal banking representative and was recognized for her outstanding job knowledge and professionalism by being named a peer mentor. Floyd has a Bachelors of Finance degree from American International College and is a graduate of Palmer High School.

“Erica is an experienced banker with a track record of providing exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional way,” said Donna Boulanger, president and chief executive officer of North Brookfield Savings Bank. “We are happy to have her as part of the team.”

Donna Boulanger, President and Chief Executive Officer of North Brookfield Savings Bank, today announced that Patricia Mayo-Sherman has been appointed as the Bank’s new Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Mayo-Sherman joins North Brookfield Savings Bank from Mansfield Bank, where she spent the last 27 years in roles of increasingly responsibility ranging from Operations to Senior Vice President and Treasurer. During her tenure at Mansfield Bank, she advanced through the organization as it grew from a small community bank to a three hundred million dollar institution. Mayo-Sherman is a graduate of Massachusetts Bankers Association School for Financial Studies.

“Patricia’s background and expertise in financial management will be a significant asset to the Bank and we are very glad she has decided to become part of our team,” said Boulanger.

“I am pleased to have joined North Brookfield Savings Bank and look forward to being a part of the Bank’s initiatives to grow and fully service the surrounding communities,” added Mayo-Sherman.

Patricia resides in North Attleboro with her husband, Bob, and their three children.


North Brookfield Savings Bank recently announced the appointment of Jack Lawlor as Branch Manager of its North Brookfield branch, where he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch. The new 3,000 square foot, full-service branch, located at the Hannaford Plaza at 9 Gilbert Street, opened in December of 2008.

Lawlor, who graduated from college in Dublin, Ireland, came to the United States in 1994. With past experience in the retail industry and a strong commitment to customer service, he started his career in banking in 2005 and most recently served as the assistant branch manager of the West Brookfield branch. Lawlor and his partner have lived in their historic North Brookfield farmhouse since 2007, when they relocated from Weymouth, Massachusetts.


Tonya Laird has been promoted to assistant branch manager of the West Brookfield branch. Laird, who started with North Brookfield Savings Bank as a part-time teller in 2002, took on positions of increasing responsibility over the years. Most recently, she was the West Brookfield branch’s senior teller. Laird is a longtime resident of North Brookfield, where she resides with her husband and two children.


Darlene Jarnagan has assumed the position of Compliance Coordinator at North Brookfield Savings Bank. She will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the Bank’s regulatory compliance program. Jarnagan has worked at North Brookfield Savings Bank since 1995, most recently as the branch manager of its Palmer office. She is a longtime resident of Warren.


Lisa Gerulaitis has been promoted to Loan Servicing Manager at North Brookfield Savings Bank. She will be responsible for overseeing the Bank’s loan servicing function while continuing to work with mortgage applicants in her role as residential mortgage loan officer. Gerulaitis has worked at North Brookfield Savings Bank since 2004. She is a longtime resident of Ware, where she resides with her husband and two children.
