Opt-In to Preserve All of Your Overdraft Privileges

Save yourself the inconvenience & potential embarrassment of being unable to make your purchase.

If you've ever tried to make a purchase with your debit card only to have it declined, you know how it feels.

In the past, North Brookfield Savings Bank covered most of these transactions when you didn't have the funds. But because of new legislation, you'll need to "opt-in" by August 15, 2010 and let us know you want your OOPS!™ Overdraft Privileges for everyday debit card purchases and ATM transactions to continue. If we don't hear from you by August 15, your privileges will be canceled.

  • Keep your OOPS!™ overdraft privileges in force
  • Opt-in by August 15, 2010, or lose your everyday debit card & ATM overdraft privileges

New laws are going into effect August 15, 2010. These laws require us to cancel your overdraft privileges for everyday debit card transactions or ATM transactions unless you tell us you want those privileges to continue. To keep all your OOPS!™ overdraft privileges, contact us before August 15, 2010 and opt-in.
