North Brookfield Savings Bank, a well capitalized and growing community bank seeks the following full time lending positions:

Commercial Loan Officer

This individual should be a seasoned Commercial Loan Officer with a minimum of 4 years experience in the Central and Western Massachusetts market area. Candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, growing new and existing business relationships utilizing sales skills to build a portfolio of clients and develop a referral network. Must be able to analyze customer needs and determine financial creditworthiness.

Residential Mortgage Officer

This individual requires a Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting or a minimum of 4 years of experience in underwriting. Must have knowledge of lending and underwriting policies and procedures, including guidelines issued by FNMA and FHLMC. Experience with Sound Software and COCC operating system a plus.
